I certify that my art/craft qualifies under the rules set forth and if accepted agree to abide by the rules and guidelines set forth. In consideration of being permitted to take part in the AACF, the Artist/Crafter hereby releases, absolves, indemnifies, holds harmless and waives all claims against the Autumn Arts & Crafts Festival, CETA, Grant County Government, the Department of Parks, their employees, volunteers and sponsors, for any losses or injuries of any kind whatsoever arising out of the operation of the Artist’s/Crafter’s booth or business.

Autumn Arts &Crafts Festival
Festival Terms and Conditions
All work must be original; handcrafted, created and exhibited by the artists. Kits, imports and mass produced items will not be permitted.
This is a juried event. Artists/Crafters having been successfully juried by Kentucky Crafted or other juried events may be invited without necessity of being re-juried.
Artist/Crafter must submit three (3) photographs of their work for jury consideration. Digital or print photographs are acceptable. An Artist/Crafter website with photographs may be considered for the jury process.
Show hours are Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The AACF is not obligated to honor requests for physical booth location within the festival.
Artist will provide own equipment, and set up to the approval of the AACF.
Artists are required to collect the State sales tax (6%) and file a report with the Department of Revenue.
Artists or designees must be present in the booth both days of the Autumn Arts & Crafts Festival.
Demonstrations of your arts and crafts are strongly encouraged.
CETA reserves the right to evaluate booths for appropriateness and placement.
Exhibits must be in place before 9:30 a.m. on Saturday and remain open until 5:00 p.m.; and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
All vehicles must be moved to designated parking area no later than 9:30 a.m. Saturday and 11:00 a.m. Sunday. Vendor vehicles must remain in the designated area until after 5:00 p.m. both days of the festival.
Early booth closings may jeopardize acceptance into the Autumn Arts & Crafts Festival in future years. Exceptions will be made for family emergency or illness and will be handled on an individual basis.
This is primarily an outdoor event. Booth/space fees are non-refundable rain or shine.
Although security will be provided over Friday and Saturday night, the AACF is not responsible for loss, theft or damage arising as a result of the Vendor’s sole discretion to leave product in the booth overnight.
The committee reserves the right to reject any work, display or exhibitor failing to meet the festival terms and conditions or is deemed to be inappropriate.
